The Tolstoys Today: Tracking Down a Famous Family
The Tolstoys can probably lay claim to being the second largest family from the Russian nobility, after the Romanovs. There are currently around 400 direct descendants of the famous author Leo Tolstoy, and quite a few of them work in cultural pursuits, living up to their celebrated name.
